Computers were down when we dropped off the car, so we had to wait a while. Not really in their control, though. Online appointment system didn't offer inputs for vehicle or service info, had to give them the details when we arrived. Price seems significantly higher for an oil change than in the past - might be time to do it myself.

It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotate. Not sure why. No explanation given. But they did wash the car.
