James was awesome. I had to order a 4Runner TRD Pro because of the demand. James told me that it could be as long as 3 or 4 months before one could be built and shipped here, but he would keep looking in the mean time. Within about two weeks, he called me and said they had one for me and it would be delivered the next week. I am very pleased with my experience.

I reached out to Levi for assistance on a stripped thread on my transmission drain after LHM serviced my truck. While he didn't reply to my email, he called me and helped me set up a quick appointment for service. I ended up getting my transmission pan replaced due to the fault of the tech that overtightened the plug the last time it was in. When I picked up my truck, the service person began telling me it was "re-threaded" which was NOT acceptable. He had begun to tell me that without first reading the repair results which clearly indicated a full pan, and accompanying gasket replacement. It relieved me to hear that LHM did the right thing and fixed their mistake.

Marvin was fantastic from the time I ordered the vehicle from the manufacturer to the time it was delivered… he kept in touch with me throughout the process informing me of the progress of the vehicle. Thank you for a great experience.
