Tyler was great, he helped us throughout the whole process and it took the time to go through each of the options that we were interested in. We got on the list and within a few months the car had arrived. Not charging an additional dealership fee was what brought us in as others are still doing that nonsense. We had a great experience and everyone involved was friendly and helpful.
