Donnie Moon is the best service advisor I have encountered at LHM Toyota. After trying to get anyone on the phone to arrange for a 60,000 mile service for several hours I finally got in my drove my wife’s Avalon to the dealership to try bot get an appointment. When I got out of the car I was met by Donnie who led me to his desk made an appointment for me. The 60,000 mile service was completed prior to the promised completion time. Thanks Donnie for treating me the way all customers should be treated.LHM Toyota’s process for getting a service appointment truly sucks. No one answers the phone or gives a call back when requested.Donnie Moon is the only reason I will once again try to get my Toyotas serviced at LHM.

Cody is amazing always there to help the customer. I actually asked a couple other of the young men in there to help me and if they would go get my car and they laughed at me and told me basically to drop it, so I always take it to Cody. He is a asset to the company.
