This was a Service Dept visit, not a vehicle purchase so this survey is the wrong one. Service was fine. All went well except for one complaint. The online Service Tracker app showed my vehicle in “Arrival” status the entire time I was there. Even after I left, it was still in Arrival. What’s the point of providing a tracker if your not going to use it?

Wait time is extreme on a Thursday afternoon for an oil change. Took 3hrs. Appreciate there is still free drinks and a lady came around with a snack cart.

When I first arrived they told me that a 2 hour wait for walk-in service 45 minutes later they were done. Happy day and you even washed my truck. Thanks LHM Toyota.
