I had my car repaired and Hunter was awesome to work with!

There are not enough service people there. I disappointed. I was on time but I couldn't not anyone to speak with. Why Toyota does not have enough people to serve customers. I never seen such a disappointment in Toyota before. One thing was supposed me that no one of customer service person called my name correctly. I thank you for it. It's not European name but he pronounced perfectly and kind to me. Thank you.

30 minute wait upon arrival however my appointment was 9 a.m. and I arrived at 8:40.Got checked in, service representative said about 1 hour and I got text car ready in 62 minutes. Very good!

Fast and easy process

COLLIN was awesome. He worked around my busy schedule and made it a pleasant experience. When it came to finishing the transaction wit financing that was a little rocky. I had a pre-approval and a large down payment but could not take the car home. He was in a hurry to leave. I did bring the check in the next day. My second trip to slc in 1 day.
