Mariam, my car service agent, was very professional, polite, caring, loving, thoughtful, had vast knowledge of my vehicle, gave me print outs of everything on my vehicle, great people skills, and awesome time management skills too. Kept me informed every step of the process and texted me back and gave me the time of day to thoroughly explain and help me to put a plan of action to get all the other items done over a certain amount of time. The car service Manger, Levi, greatedme with professional, cared about me, opened my doors for me because I am handicapped and the doors at LH Miller Toyota are not handicap friendly. It was awesome! I’m a young mom with three kiddos I had to bring with me (all under 6) and I was so stressed about having to chase them around while my car was being serviced. The associates were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and so patient and caring! It made all the difference. I didn’t feel judged for having them all with me, and the kids room was super helpful to keep them entertained.
