I had another shop tell me it was my lifters and quoted me $6,000 to replace all of them. I took it to LHM Toyota for a second opinion and their tech listened to it for 30 seconds and pinpointed that it was the timing chain tensioner. They also found that my water pump was leaking. The overall repair was still $2,700 but not $6,000 and the problem wouldn't have been fixed with the other shop. Thanks.
