Donnie in the service department was great. He was able to have a tech work and complete my car maintenance while I waited even with additional work being requested.

The personnel in the service department are always attentive and personable. Very easy to work with. I am always a little nervous though when I schedule for something minor and get a list of other things needing done that totals thousands of dollars. I just never am quite comfortable with knowing whether all that really needs to be done.

Stopped in for an oil change, the team there got me in and out in about an hour.

Oil change, filter etc. Need for front brakes discovered. Three hours later I picked my Tacoma up. I could tell that a perfect job was gone.

Preston was a good salesman patient and not pushy. Kameron was great in the financial department very kind and patient. The only downfall of our experience was the time it took we were there intotal between two days almost 6 hours.

It was good. I appreciate the kid's room, drinks, and snacks. My appointment took twice as long as quoted, but it was a comfortable wait.
