I did not purchase a new car today.I did however come in for service of my RAV4 previously purchased at LHM Toyota.In the service department I was assisted by Marc and then Kyle. Both gentlemen were helpful. Kyle is now my assigned service rep. Kyle went above & beyond helping me. I give him 10 starsI also spent a few moments saying hello to Aaron, my prior salesman. It is always a pleasure to see Aaron’s smiling face and I hope he’s still around in the future when I need another vehicle.

Josh has been exceptional to work with. We reached out to a couple dealers and none treated us better or were as positively honest as him. Our car came early and we were always informed every step of the way.

Ganon was great. The finance manager was a buzz kill! As soon as we did not agree to buy his warranty package his demeanor change negatively. That’s not how you do business!
