Excelente como siempre

Excellent experience as always. The associate that took care of me (Anthony??) was professional and notified me of additional items that needed attention and worked these into the visit so my car was completely updated with respect to its maintenance records. The car (2010 highlander) runs like a dream and I always enjoy my experience with Larry h Miller Toyota.

Scheduled the second of my three pre-paid oil changes; then upon arrival, asked if the tires could be rotated under the tire purchase deal from a few months ago. Then the Service Professional noted that we were a tad over 30,000 miles, which is a milestone for routine maintenance. They explained what would be routine, and offered those services. They did not express the price ranges, and I did not ask. From a customer service perspective, that information should be explicit expressed to me, not awaited for my inquiry.

As always the service was great.
