Everything was good. The service writer was quite helpful. I do think I was overcharged though. Service writer said it was a two hour job and I asked if that was accurate and he said it was. I called two Toyota dealerships today and they said it is a one hour job and they would charge me one hour labor total. The customer is at such a disadvantage because we really don’t know. But I think I was overcharged an hour.
