The change in the car industry is terrible for buyers right now !my husband and i have been trying to find a car for two years and after buying a used lemon we wanted to buy new ! we new it wasent going to be easy after working with another dealership (not toyota ) that we waited a year and a half no car came in. After that we wanted to try one more time with toyota which was our frist choice but we thought the wait was longer. Thank goodness it wasent we began Working with Gannon was great he was very clam when communication issues came up during our car ordering/buying process and he was professional the entire time. He helped us out when our financing had a issues, and let us work with collin who treated us very well and got us a better deal then our bank! thank you for a good exprince the wait was the worst, but compaired to how the other dealer treated us the service was so much better there was no comparison.
