• Arrived for Service Appt @ 11:50 am.• Was met by Marion, in a Timely, Courteous, & Efficient Manner.• The car was taken back into the Shop & Warranty Service was performed.• I was given the VIP Treatment (ie., a Wonderful Lady pushed a “Treat Kart,” by & all Customers were offered a Treat + Drink.• I received, a message, from Cody, my Service Advisor, with his phone number, and a way to receive “Updates,” throughout the Service Process, from Start to Finish! How “Refreshing,” the entire Service Process was!

Aaron was awesome as was Sal in the Parts Dept.

It was long, extremely long. Yes, work needed to be done eventually only because someone found the problem while doing their job. That I'm grateful for but it was long.

Service took 1 1/2 hours. I'd rather wait and get a job done right, and you provided that. Aaron E was great!
