Great customer service

The visit was good and everyone was friendly but there was one thing that I did not get.At the end of the service the agent didn't go over what fluids were topped off if any or what was done. Or any abnormal wear and tear that I might be missing ?I look at it as if I were taking my vehicle to the doctor for its regularly scheduled physical. I want to know what's up, please.
