Ashley signed me in and was so nice and knowledgeable and sweet. She made me feel comfortable from the get go. Then Hunter helped me for the rest of the time and was so wonderful mand made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me so great. He really helped me out a lot. He’s helped me before and only wish to have him help me.

My service appointment took longer than expected. Due to the delay LHM did not charge for my air filter. I felt well taken care of by Craig and the team at Lhm.

Very positive. Donnie, my service coordinator did an extra outstanding job. He put in personal effort and service on my car. He kept me informed and was very knowledgeable.
