My display said there was a problem with the plug-in & the engine . So I took it in without an appointment. Chad helped me the staff at the front door ordered an Uber. The next day the part came , the Pruis prime was fixed under warranty

Service was great, there was a part needed to do a repair and while you didn’t have it on hand, your technician found it at another location and had it brought over and got the repair done by end of day. Very happy with how I was helped.

Service was excellent. They provided me with Uber to and from my home in Bountiful. This is an improvement over the shuttle system.The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the cost -- $275 for a new battery seems excessive.
