Timely, courteous, explained the repairs needed and answered my questions in a friendly manner. The job was done in the time frame promised which I very much appreciated.The only thing I would recommend is when you send a list of flagged items to be done and the customer is supposed click on the items you could help educate a little more than the brief explaination so the customer is really clear about what they are choosing not to do and the timing they have before it is crucial to be done or what issues that might take place if the repair is delayed and what to be aware of. It would be helpful for someone who knows little about cars beyond the basics.Over all I am pleased with the service I received! Thanks!
