Cris was professional and provided on point timing estimate for me.

Christian was awesome. I really appreciated him. My one problem was when I went to get my DMV sticker from your customer service person. There was a line of several people and I had to wait 30 minutes for a three minute interaction. Seems to me that you Could have someone available to come and provide additionalassistance when it’s busy. It seemed very inconsiderate to make me wait so long for such a simple transaction.

I came to check on the car with a friend , Ricky-the sales person welcome me and found the car for me right away, his friendly attitude and sincerity help me made a decision tight there, but I still wait for my son to finish his work and went back to the dealership and finish the deal before they close the store, but he still stay to help for the final check out make sure the car is in perfect condition for us to drive home even it's way past his shift. His commitment is honorable and should be known.

Had my 15,000 mile service completed and the national airbag recall done. Both were finished within about 5 1/2 hours.
