I returned my 4 runner lease and got a new lease on a new car, and it has been over 6 weeks and this dealership still has not paid it off with USBank. I went into the store twice. Spoke with the finance director multiple times and have an email correspondence of over 19 emails. Your dealership also told me they sold my car by 11/21. The same week I turned it in. You sent check to wrong address twice as well. US bank keeps calling me because you have not done your job. I will never use Larry H Miller again.

My experience was excellent, I saw clarity in the answers to my questions, courtesy and kindness.

Once again this dealership can’t be honest and do the right thing. Out of retaliation my registration was never submitted. Utah law states a maximum of 45 days. Today the stealership said they would get around to it and I had to drive 2 hours for another temp registration (when I can’t legally drive now).
