Brought my Tundra in for 60k service. Service tech (Hunter Peterson) sent me a video of some additional issues that needed attention. Although it increased the price significantly, I was grateful that the issues were discovered and addressed. And Hunter applied a couple smaller discounts that helped ease the unexpected significantly higher cost.

Tech confused our car with another acting we to Craig. Saying tires filters and differential fluid needed to be replacedAll this was fine within the last year at Karl Malone Toyota. Craig walked out to the car with me and concluded nothing needed to be replaced. Kudos to Craig for calming me down and checking the car himself. Without Craig, my rating would have been 1 star our less.

My display said there was a problem with the plug-in & the engine . So I took it in without an appointment. Chad helped me the staff at the front door ordered an Uber. The next day the part came , the Pruis prime was fixed under warranty

Service was great, there was a part needed to do a repair and while you didn’t have it on hand, your technician found it at another location and had it brought over and got the repair done by end of day. Very happy with how I was helped.

Came in for an oil change and general check out before a road trip. Phoned in and Donnie invited me right in.
