Service was excellent. They provided me with Uber to and from my home in Bountiful. This is an improvement over the shuttle system.The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the cost -- $275 for a new battery seems excessive.

Parker is Terrific, Toyota should be proud to have hired a very quality person. I realized that he is new, but he has all the desire to please the customer. Every time I need to go to Toyota, I will always request to see him. He treated me with respect, courtesy, and was with me when I needed to go to another department. TOTALLY, different what I faced with the accounting office, in fact after what I experienced, I thought to myself, I don’t think I will ever purchase another vehicle with LHM, but with Parker’s assistance, I may change my mind.
