The tire guy came quickly to see if the tack nail could come out and save the tire but no! Offered a take off. Very good. But waited a bit too long to swap tire. Service was quick but service guy got busy and had to tell him there’s my truck! It’s done. Can I get it now.

It was good. Didn’t get a car wash. Happy with everything else.

They worked us in quickly and finished in an hour and a half!

Checked in at 10:30, home by 11:15. Can’t ask for anything better

Mike has always been upfront and very honest with us. He is thorough and explaining to us exactly what’s wrong. He prioritizes well and we are very pleased with the outcome. He has worked on our car several times and we wouldn’t change a thing. He is very professional, very courteous, and very attentive to our needs.

Everyone is so nice and awesome at Toyota. Best service I have had in a long time.
