went in late for oil change and had a very slow leak in one tire and took off and patched tire and was out in 11/2 hrs very good service people snd shakota was excellent in keeping me up to date

My name is Dan McCullen I have a Toyota Camry SE 2017 I came into the drive up area without an appointment because I had a maintenance warning it did not say what it was and I thought it was maybe it was a battery problem or low air in my tires something not important but the lady attending me could see it was important got me help he explained to me me it was an oil change that was 2,000 miles pass due…shame on me…I immediately set up an appointment for an oil change that I could not refuse very inexpensive!!! I went to the waiting area it was super packed I figured it was going to be hours before I get out of there later they texted me and everything looked good with the 30 pt. Inspection but I only needed windshield wipers which I agreed to…and they did a tire rotation also but to my amazement they got me in and out with a diagnosis and all the above in a half an hour I was shocked what Toyota did for me and 100% satisfied great job everybody!!!!!
