Always friendly, professional, and helpful. Have been coming to Larry Miller Toyota for years. I wouldn’t think about taking my car anywhere else.

It was a quick service. The staff was very nice and I loved that there were water and snacks available during the wait!

Dean Anderson was great he kept us informed and was pleasant to work withWe had to wait because Toyota rental would not except Mercury Ins and offered non of their own so we did not get the rental we expected. While we waited there was no bottled waters or snacks available even the vending machine didnt work. An employee came back and gave 3 toyota employees water but none was offered to us. May want to retrain employees about customer service

It was a short turnaround, and the service manager was able to check out a couple of things. I wasn’t sure needed to be addressed on my car.
