Chris Coner is a good service rep.Better than most. I’ve had 3 Toyota’s over the last 23 years and serviced all at Larry Miller. For a dealership they are more honest than most. However, they have the usual thing about what they claim and what they do. This time was for a regular oil change. I usually buy the package and did again this time. They claim to do a check of many different systems on your car but when I got home and checked myself I found, windshield wiper fluid was low, brake fluid was just above minimum level and power steering fluid showed no signs of dip stick being used. Their long list of maintenance checks showed all these as good but from my perspective the reservoirs should have been wiped clean and fluid brought up to between max and minimum. Would be really refreshing to find a business that provided good reliable trustworthy service but alas, that seems to have gone the way of handshake deal.
