Initial service was to receive 2nd Smart Key that has taken 11 months to get.( Not Larry Miller's fault). Mentioned that I had an issue with rear mud flaps that had come apart and service advisor Mike Moore stepped right up and immediately resolved the problem. I appreciate his excellent customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond.
