On time, ease of checkin. Except the lady che ckng you in tends to be a little vague, incomplete directions.

Excellent service today diagnosing battery issue. Also offered to perform coming up appointment service today, instead of having to come back in a few days. Prompt status updates.

The staff was very helpful. I think they might have been a little short staffed today. I couldn’t get on the WiFi when waiting.
