All the people I interacted with wanted to be very helpful. The problem was that people I needed to see were in Friday morning meetings and were unavailable. I needed to see a tech savvy sales rep since the services reps don’t know technology of new cars. I also had questions about my purchase contract, but again, the financial people had a meeting so we’re unavailable.

Todd greeted me on time. I felt like an old friend. My oil change was done quickly, less than estimated time. Todd found my aunt and me in the sales room and my cost was less than budgeted.

Got everything fixed that needed to be.

The service very good and the service man was very courteous.
