I think all employees need to have a course of customer service and how to greet customers once they come in through the doors if they see someone walking around like they’re lost they should stop and ask if they need any help which None of them did. I had to look my way to getting help. Overall, the service was quick and the employee that helped me was very helpful

Came in for a computer/electrical problem and was told nothing showed up on computer s when plugged in so STILL HAVE the very low mpg / computer / settings problem but was told of a 380.oo prius maintenance concern that we paid for.8

Bahn wad the greatest

I needed a part for my car that was not there so I had to go back the next day for service. I selected a day that my regular service representative was not available . Christ my regular service person took me anyway I was happy he did, he already had a full schedule for that day .

Waited 2 hours plus with 2 year old and 7 year old grandchildren on their best behavior. Made the wait so easy🙏🏼

Went in for a dead battery and 10k service. Service advisor was great and responsive.Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the check in process was very long. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to speak with the advisor for check in. Seems like it should be a back up plan when an advisor is held up.

No hassle, no fuss. In with limp truck and out running.
