All phases of my bringing my vehicle into your service department went fine from the contact to me regarding the vehicle and repairs involved. The only issue I had was when I came to pick up my vehicle. I was missing a part to my keys left with my service advisor. When I came back in to speak to my service writer regarding this was told there was no part missing which was not the case. The advisor didn’t even seem to care or inquire about this like I was making this up. I wish I had taken an image of my keys when I dropped off my vehicle. I will definitely do this next time I come in for my next service visit in addition to additional images of my vehicle.
