Used to getting ready and then right out today I had quite a wait

It would be good if I could have gotten a ride home and back since it was a recall and it was going to take at least 3 hours. I also had coupons that were sent to me to check all fluids and replace wipers and I could not use 2 coupons and now I need to go back again and sit there and wait again for all the checks they did today and get wipers for $10 anyway

Todd was my contact and he was great. I had a pre paid oil change and was finished 1/2 hour earlier than original estimate.

On time - like how lady came out before 7 to check us in. Work was done sooner than anticipated and Eric kept me informed of progress.

Juan did a great job explaining the service, the fixed recall, and the recommendations.
