Quick and efficient. I needed a new battery. I called the shop. They said I could come in. I was done in probably 10 minutes. Thank you, Todd!

Very courteous and professional. Made recommendations and followed through with the work in a decent amount of time. My only complaint is that I missed out on a much needed car wash!!

I waited too long because they were short staff. They offered ride back but did not have a loaner car.

Adam was very helpful in finding a used car for my stepson and then helping us also find a car for us. He went out of his way for us and worked really hard which is greatly appreciated. Everyone else there at Toyota was great..
