A sensor went out on our newly installed notification lights for traffic in blind spot. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for accessory person to be available to look at it. He replaced the sensor and we were on our way.

The service is always great, and Tim Geary, my service advisor, was very forthright with any additional service that was required for this visit. I spent about an hour and 20 mins in the waiting area - which was reasonable, I think.
