I was having trouble starting my RAV4.I went to the Toyota dealership and told them I was having problems starting my vehicle. They checked my battery and said it needed to be replaced. They installed a new battery while I waited.

I did not have an appointment, and David got me right in. Very impressive.

Eric educated the 10,000 mile and vehicle recall for me. Service reps are extremely professional and friendly.

Everyone I spoke to in the sales and service department were very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the text message where I could follow the progress of my car and look at the vehicle inspection report and the invoice. I also liked the explanation of the parts that were Repaired and what they do. No other place does that and I found it very helpful.
