I was extremely disappointed with the oil change service I received. Despite arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment, I ended up waiting a whopping 2.5 hours for the job to be completed. The inefficiency and lack of consideration for my time were simply unacceptable. I won't be returning to this establishment for any future services.
