Service writer is my favorite but I was charged a little more that the other service writer quoted me.

Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change?

Routine oil change. They discussed with me the items that need replacing and or repair with no pressure or hassle.

I made an appointment for service for my 2010 Lexus, but was unaware that I didn't schedule it properly online. I showed up to your dealership for my oil change and brake service to find that you didn't have my reservation, but it was not a problem. Steven Glovando helped me and was amazing to work with. The brake pads needed were not on site but I was supplied with a one day rental so I would have no problem getting to and from work. Overall I had outstanding experience and will definitely be returning for any other services needed.

No one explained what they did to my car. It was very quick service and I was greeted warmly, a very nice woman welcomed me. They also didn't wash my vehicle like it said would be done when I booked my appointment.

My first visit to the dealership and I was warmly greeted by Bob Mike Moore was my service advisor and he was very friendly and helpful and put me at ease The service was done quickly and Mike spent some time with me and helped me set up my cell phone and answered some questions I had
