First visit..good oil change experience with exception of waiting for 2 hours.

Glove box was not put back. Passenger seat was still reclined.. minor things basically everything was great .Palmer was very thorough and attentive.

I arrived early to my appointment and was told that they were running behind. I expected a longer than normal wait but that wasn’t the case at all. The car was ready in less than an hour and a half. Also I was informed and shown pictures of things that will need to be addressed on the next visit. I was pleased with the service and would recommend to family/friends.
