I was not asked if I wanted my car washed. Normally it gets washed. It didn’t happen Also I had questions about resetting the service schedule and I was told to read the manual. Also had a question about a letter I received and the techs didn’t seem interested in providing information or answers to me.

I was a walk-in with a dead battery. I was promptly taken care of and the service was very friendly and professional. The only issue was down computers and that was not any fault of theirs. Completely satisfied.

I especially appreciate the status updates and thorough communication about the condition of my vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
