Mike Moore was awesome. Think this was my 1st being assigned to him as a service rep. I was seen quicker than I was expecting. I was describing my issues and the scheduling representative scheduled me for service to diagnose the possible electrical problem with the caveat that it could take hours. I was in and out in under 2-hrs. Pleasantly surprised.
