My representative Todd has always been super cautious & informative. He's a 10/10! The oil change took way too long - not his fault. Toyota needs to adjust their check-in times to what they can handle efficiently in the shop.

The oil change and tire rotation was good. I wasn't happy that my car didn't get washed, especially since I asked and it was working.

Sales representative Gerardo was very very much helpful. I’ve had a bad expierence in the past at other dealers and now I’ve changed my mind. Well mannered and very knowledgeable people work here. I’m very happy about my service here!
