Here is the reason for my rating. When I scheduled online, one the schedulers called me and left me a message that Mike Moore was not available today and guess what, he was there. Wyatt was great! I gave 4 stars because I waited 3 hours for an oil change which is quite lengthy. I’ll admit I was 5 minutes late for my appointment but it was a long stay for that service. I want to stay with Larry Miller because I know your people do a great job and because your service advisors stay which is important to me. Tim helped me out when I had an appointment with Mike but he was out for some reason. Tim did a great job too. I know things happen but maybe your schedulers need more assistance with scheduling?
