Parker was an outstanding service rep. He was clear and concise and was able to communicate to manage my expectations. He informed me along the way of what was going on with my car and settled any concerns I had with ease.

Dean was professional as always. He kept us informed and services were done in a timely manner.

Everything went well for the most part. 1hr 45min seems a bit long. My biggest concern was the technician recommending a new air filter when I had just installed one myself less than a month ago. When I told the Service Manager, he inspected and said it looked clean to him. I do not like when businesses try to take advantage so they can make extra money.
