The personnel were friendly and helpful. We did not have an appointment and came in due to a emergency problem. They identified the issue and took took care of it. We were very satisfied with the service. The waiting accommodations were clean, cool, and meets the needs of the customers.

Car was checked out and fixed as soon as it was towed to your service department. My service Manager Mike Moore is just wonderful! He gets six stars!

It was great that they were able to get me in on short notice as I was traveling through Phoenix and my change oil light came on. They were able to get me in the following day. My only complaint would be that when they wash the car they didn’t clean the windshield.

I needed regular maintenance on my 2016 RAV4. I’m bringing it back next week for some other repairs they found needed done. Barry is my service writer. He’s very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
