Amazing! Anthony Martinez explained everything in detail not only about different features on the car but also about different finance plans. Truly the whole process was broken down in detail, as my first purchase of a vehicle I have to admit the whole process went very smoothly

The entire experience we had at Larry Miller Toyota was excellent.Joshua was our salesperson. He was friendly, informative, and polite. At no time did our interaction with him feel forced or uncomfortable. As a salesperson myself, I am extremely sensitive to any form of high pressure or sketchy sales tactics. There was nothing of that nature at all. Not at any time during the process. Joshua listened to us, offered suggestions, and really demonstrated a desire to provide excellent customer service. Which he did without question. 10 out of 10Phil in finance also got us through the paperwork in record time. He did a great job explaning the process, extended warranty, gap insurance, etc..Phil was also very polite and personable.I have purchased many cars at many different dealerships over the years. While I have had great experiences (and terrible ones) at other dealerships, the culture at Larry Miller Toyota stands out as an example worthy of praise.I will confidently recommend this dealership (and Joshua) to any friends or family in the market for a vehicle. If the next vehicle I intend to purchase is a Toyota, there is no doubt that our first stop will be Larry Miller Toyota Peoria.
