Easy online appointments. Got there, gave'm my keys. Went inside for coffee and cookies. Took a little nap. When I woke up, my truck was ready. Didn't pay anything as I had purchased the 3 oil change and maintenance for $99. Steve was my advisor. Showed me what needs attention. No hard sell. I keep going there for 10 years now.
