The service team was exceptional!!I was down the street when my battery died. I jump started the car and went to Larry Miller Toyota without an appointment and the team inspected my car and changed the battery in less than 2 hours! Great service and I highly recommend this service department!

I’ve always had a great experience with my service, but not today. 3 hours to get a 10k service done is inexcusable! My service advisor was fantastic and to no fault of his own, he was very honest. Now maybe this is because it’s a weekend which I usually do not come on a weekend. Let’s hope it’s better next time.
