Very happy with the customer service from Bell Road and 91st Av location in Peoria AZ. Michael Moore always tries his best to help. There are a few things out of his control like the time it might take to service a vehicle. Don't want the auto technicians rushing. If my car is sitting because the techs are working on a different vehicle, I don't mind the wait. I expect the same quality service when the time comes for the techs to work on my vehicle. Excellent customer service. Excellent team work!

Mike is great to work with. It’s obvious he does his best and explains things with patience and genuine concern for the customer.

All good. But I would recommend that there be better/faster communication wrt length of time service would take , because I would have taken shuttle home and come back later if i had known how long it was going to be.
