This was a routine 20,000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) visit. Todd was very transparent. He texted me well before my appointment time, indicating that there was a 3+ hour wait. That communication allowed me to arrange for a ride to and from the dealership, so I wouldn’t have to be stuck in their waiting room for hours. Being able to be productive at home during that time was nice. Todd answered all of my questions and was very polite and professional. This is my first Toyota and I’m glad, once again, that I purchased my RAV4 here! Thank you!
