Great service! Friendly and informative rep!

Eric explained what maintenance was needed for my 2019 Camry. Service was completed within 2 hours.

2 hr oil change. Went in to pick up vehicle and paperwork was under stacks of other invoices. Then as I am ready to pay. System recommended a new filter. What I have to wait longer? Did not utilize time correctly.

Excellent service. While they weren’t able to find the water leak source, they checked the possible areas that could cause water to come in under the dashboard, including running it in the car wash, which was the condition that occurred when I found the leak. That didn’t produce the same result for the service team. Dean, who handled the service, said if it should ever happen again, told me to bring the car in asap, while wet, to attempt to trace the source of entry into the cabin of the car, under the dashboard. The team gave the car a general service go over, also. All this, and at no charge.

My contact, Scott was on time to help me get maintenance on my car. He was friendly as usual.It didn’t take that long for my car to be serviced.A please experience.
