I didn't have an appointment when I showed up earlier today for an oil change and they couldn't sqeeze me in which was fair. Then I went to have my car detailed and during that time I was on the website trying to book for sometime later this week. The online booking for services is so easy and fast. When I actually arrived for my appointment later today the process was as I would expect from Toyota. I was greeted, we went over services and time, then I was shown to waiting area. The waiting area was nice. I was able to charge my phone and relax. They found some concern with my AC and we addressed the problem.I had an enjoyable experience.
